1. Conveyor belt with corrugated ribs
The corrugated sidewall conveyor belt plays a traction and bearing role in the sidewall machine. It is composed of a base belt, a corrugated rib and a transverse partition. The corrugated rib is glued on both sides of the base tape, and the transverse partition is glued between the two ribs at a certain interval.
2. Driving device
The driving device is the power part of the sidewall machine. The drive device of a general-purpose belt conveyor can be used.
3. Transmission roller
The function of the drive roller is to transmit the power of the driving device to the conveyor belt through friction and make it run. The drive rollers of this series of sidewall machines are located on the head.
4. Change to the drum
The function of the reversing roller is to change the running direction of the conveyor belt. The reversing roller of the sidewall machine is located at the tail or the lower branch of the concave arc section. The tail reversing roller is also used as a tension roller.
5. Reversing wheel and reversing roller set
The reversing wheel and reversing roller set are used for the lower branch of the convex arc section or the upper branch of the concave arc section of the sidewall machine. They are supported or pressed on the side of the rib conveying with wavy ribs and transverse partitions. Is to change the running direction of the conveyor belt.
6. Roller

Various types and functions of rollers

7. Stop roller
7.1 The stop rollers are generally used in groups. Used to prevent deviation of the conveyor belt.
7.2 A set of stop rollers should be arranged on the upper and lower branches of the convex and concave arc sections of the sidewall machine, and a set of stop rollers should be arranged every 10 sets of upper rollers on the upper branch, and the lower branch generally does not have stop rollers.
8. Cleaner
The cleaner is used to clean the materials adhered to the conveyor belt. There are head cleaner and tail cleaner.
8.1 Vibration cleaner, installed on the head frame, near the discharge drum.
8.2 The empty section cleaner is installed on the lower branch in front of the tail drum to clean the materials on the non-working surface of the conveyor belt.
8.3 The reversing pressure roller cleaner is used to clean the hub surface of the reversing pressure roller.
8.4 Tape empty edge cleaner, used to clean the empty edge of corrugated sidewall belt.
9. Tensioning device
The function of the tensioning device is to tension the conveyor belt so that it has the working tension required to ensure normal operation.
9.1 The tension device is divided into two types: screw type and heavy hammer type tension device.
9.2 When the conveyor length is less than 50m, it is recommended to use a spiral tensioning device; when the conveyor length is greater than 50m, it is recommended to use a heavy tanker type tensioning device.
10. Rack
The function of the frame is to support the rollers, redirect wheels, and guide troughs to make the conveyor belt and conveying materials run stably.
The frame has convex arc section frame, concave arc section frame, middle frame and outrigger. The corresponding frame can be selected by looking up the table. The other frame forms are the same as the general belt conveyor.
