Basic Structure of Bag Filter:
The basic structure of the bag filter is divided into three parts:
1. The main body of the dust collector is composed of air inlet chamber, bag chamber and ash hopper;
2. Filter bag part;
3. Auxiliary equipment: ash cleaning mechanism and ash discharge device.
Types of Bag Filter:
There are many forms and types of bag filters, so they are usually classified according to their different characteristics.
1. According to the shape of the filter bag:
1.1 Round bag
Generally, the filter bag of the bag filter adopts round bags. The round bag has a simple structure and is convenient for dust removal.
1.2 Flat bag
The flat bag dust collector is composed of a series of long and flat filter bags. At present, there are two shapes of flat bags: one is a flat bag with a rectangular cross-section. The thickness of the filter bag and the gap between the filter bags are 25-50mm. Therefore, the filter area arranged in a unit volume is much larger than that of a round bag.
2. According to the cleaning method:
2.1 Mechanical vibration cleaning
Mechanical rapping for dust removal, including artificial rapping, mechanical rapping and high frequency oscillation, etc. This is one of the oldest and simplest methods, once widely used in industry. However, due to the uneven distribution of mechanical rapping, the required filter wind speed is low, and the damage to the filter bag is great. Recently, it has been gradually replaced by other cleaning methods.
2.2 Airflow blows back and cleans dust
Airflow reverse blowing and dust removal is to use outdoor or circulating air (with a certain pressure) to pass through the filter bag in the opposite direction to the dust-containing airflow to make the dust particles fall off. In this kind of dust removal method, on the one hand, the dust removal airflow in the opposite direction directly impacts the dust; on the other hand, due to the change of the airflow direction, the filter bag produces expansion and contraction vibration, which causes the dust to fall.
The airflow back-blowing cleaning dust is relatively evenly distributed on the entire filter bag, but the cleaning intensity is small, and the filtering wind speed should not be too high. Usually, the air stop is used to remove the dust.
2.3 Pulse cleaning
Pulse dust removal is by means of compressed air through the venturi tube to induce the surrounding air to be sprayed into the filter bag in a very short time, so that the filter bag generates pulse expansion and vibration. At the same time, under the action of the reverse airflow, the dust on the filter bag is Fall off. In this way, the cleaning intensity is high, and the cleaning can be carried out in the filtering working state, and the allowable filtering wind speed is also high. It is a kind of pulse cleaning.
