In addition, there are long holes in the bearing seat, which can move the bearing seat left and right, and then adjust the gap between the two wheel rollers to achieve the purpose of adjusting the particle size of the large-grain stones. If the gap is small, the minimum particle size of the stones removed by widening the gap becomes larger. At the same time, a thimble is installed on the support frame, which is used to fix the bearing seat after movement, to prevent the bearing seat from moving left and right during running.
The transmission part is located on both sides of the wheel roller and includes two motors, pulleys and their accessories. The motor and the pulley are connected by a key. The motor drives the wheel roller 1 and the wheel roller 2 to rotate through the pulley and the belt. The wheel roller 1 and the wheel roller 2 rotate towards each other.
When the equipment is in operation, the wheel roller 1 and the wheel roller 2 rotate towards each other under the drive of the driving device. The material enters between the wheel roller 1 and the wheel roller 2 through the feed port on the cover, and after being pressed, it enters the material receiving device of the following equipment through the gap between the wheel roller 1 and the wheel roller 2.
At the same time, due to the high hardness and large outer diameter, the large-grain stones cannot pass through the gap between the wheel roller 1 and the wheel roller 2. Since the surface of the wheel roller 1 has a spiral inverted trapezoidal gully, stones that cannot pass through the gap will follow the gully. As the wheel roller 1 rotates, it is discharged from the side to achieve the effect of removing stone from clay.
