1.Determination of filtering air speed

Filtering air speed is one of the key parameters for the selection of dust collectors. It should be comprehensively considered according to the nature, particle size, temperature, concentration and other factors of dust or smoke in different applications.

2. Filter material

PCM-GS / A series high-pressure off-line side spray pulse bag filter adopts needle felt filter bag. If the user requires the filtering gas to be normal temperature or less than 120 ℃, polyester needle felt with 500g / m 2 is generally used. For anti-explosion systems such as coal mills, anti-static needle felts should be used, which should be stated before ordering (for special requirements or high temperature applications, filter materials should be selected separately)

3. Electric control device for cleaning dust

The dedusting control method generally adopts the timing method or the fixed resistance method. The so-called fixed resistance method is to control the resistance loss of the equipment. When the differential pressure value reaches the set value (usually 1200Pa), the differential pressure transmitter sends out a signal, and the electrical control device is used to clean the room by room according to the set procedure.

The function of the electrical control device: the centralized control of the multi-chamber dust collector adopts single-chip microcomputer for centralized control. There are automatic and manual control modes. When the single-chip microcomputer fails, manual control can be switched randomly.
