"3T + 1E" refers to the principle of comprehensive control of temperature, time, disturbance and excess air coefficient. The "3T + 1E" principle can ensure the full decomposition of hazardous components of hazardous wastes, control the generation of acid gases and harmful gases (dioxins) from the source, and comprehensively control the secondary pollution caused by flue gas emissions.
Temperature is the most important factor to ensure that hazardous waste is completely destroyed in the incinerator. The design temperature of the rotary kiln is 1000 ℃ and the operating temperature is 850-1000 ℃. The design temperature of the second combustion chamber is 1300 ℃, the normal operating temperature is 1100 ℃, using a different temperature design from the rotary kiln, to ensure that hazardous waste can be fully incinerated in the second combustion chamber. After the temperature reaches the design value, in order to fully incinerate hazardous waste, the residence time must be long enough. Generally, the residence time of solid materials in the rotary kiln is 30-120 minutes, the flow rate of flue gas in the rotary kiln is controlled at 3-4.5 meters / second, the residence time is about 2 seconds, and the flow rate of flue gas in the second combustion chamber is generally control at 2-6 meters / second, the residence time is greater than 2 seconds.
The waste sent into the furnace must be in full contact with oxygen in order to be quickly and efficiently oxidized at high temperatures. This requires proper agitation of the waste. The more frequent the agitation, the more uniform the mixing of waste and air and the more conducive to incineration. In engineering practice, the air supply arrangement and the auxiliary burner arrangement are mainly used to increase the disturbance.
During the combustion of hazardous waste, the excess air coefficient reflects the combustion status. The excess air coefficient is large, the combustion speed is fast, and the combustion is sufficient, but the air supply is large, and the amount of flue gas generated is large, which makes the subsequent flue gas treatment load increase, which is not economical. On the contrary, the combustion is incomplete, and even black smoke is produced, and the harmful substances are not completely decomposed. According to many years of practical experience, the excess air coefficient of the rotary kiln is usually 1.1-1.3, and the total excess coefficient of the rotary kiln + secondary combustion chamber is 1.7-2.0.
