1. The purpose and scope of use are different: the ball mill is a device for grinding materials after they are crushed. 2. The working principle is different: the ball mill is a horizontal cylindrical rotating device, driven by external gears, two bins, and grate type. The material enters the mill silo evenly and spirally from the feeding device through the feeding hollow shaft. There is a stepped or corrugated liner inside the silo. It contains steel balls of different specifications. The centrifugal force generated by the rotation of the cylinder brings the steel ball to a certain height and falls , Produces a heavy blow and grinding effect on the material. After the material is coarsely ground in the warehouse, it enters the second warehouse through a single-layer compartment board. This warehouse is inlaid with a flat lining board and steel balls inside to further grind the material. The powder is discharged through the discharge grate plate to complete the grinding operation. When the Raymond mill is working, the materials to be crushed are added into the machine from the hopper on the side of the machine casing, relying on the grinding roller device suspended on the main frame of the host machine, revolving around the vertical axis, while rotating itself, due to the centrifugal force during rotation The role of the grinding roller is to swing outward and press tightly against the grinding ring, so that the shovel blade picks up the material and sends it between the grinding roller and the grinding ring. The purpose of crushing the material is achieved by the rolling and rolling of the grinding roller.
3. Structure is different: The ball mill machine is composed of the main parts such as the feeding part, the discharging part, the turning part, and the transmission part (reducer, small transmission gear, motor, electronic control). The hollow shaft is made of cast steel, and the inner lining is removable. The rotary gear is processed by casting hobbing. The cylinder body is inlaid with a wear-resistant lining plate, which has good wear resistance. Raymond mill is mainly composed of main machine, analyzer, fan, finished cyclone separator, fine powder cyclone separator and air duct. The host is composed of a frame, an air inlet volute, a shovel, a grinding roller, a grinding ring, and a cover.
