The unloading and unloading sections receive materials through screw conveyors, and use Roots fans to classify and convey the raw materials to the Lip warehouse. There are eight Lip warehouses: five large and three small, which store different materials. The top of the warehouse is equipped with a special valve, which is electrically controlled. The switching state of the valve is selected according to the different raw materials sent in and the amount of raw materials in the warehouse to achieve the purpose of classification.

In the mixing and synthesizing section, the sorted raw materials are also conveyed to different bins on the mixer by the Roots blower through the screw conveyor under the Lipper warehouse. Similarly, before the raw materials enter the silo, the same raw materials are also conveyed to different silos by valves. The raw materials in the silo are quantitatively transferred to the mixer according to the set program, and then transferred to the bucket elevator through the scraper conveyor, and finally reach the synthetic powder silo, ready to enter the next process.

In these two processes, dust collectors are used to remove dust to reduce particles discharged from the pollution source into the air. At the same time, the raw materials obtained from the dust collector can continue to be used, so that the entire process is eco-friendly.

The entire process is controlled by automation, and a dedicated control room is set up. The operation status of these two processes can be remotely controlled through the control room, reducing the use of manpower and improving work efficiency.
