Working Process:

Gypsum fed into the inner layer of multilayer drum by feeding machine, to achieve downstream drying. Gypsum will be constantly lifted up by lifting boards and scattered in spiral type to make a hot exchange, and then, the material will be moved to the middle layer of the drum for countercurrent drying, and materials in the middle layer of the drum will be constantly lifted up by lifting boards. The material in the middle layer of the drum can both full absorb heat generated by inner drum layer and heat generated by middle drum layer, while extending drying time, so material can reach its driest state in this process. Material can move to the outer drum layer from the middle drum layer of gypsum dryer, and material reached the drying effect will be discharged fast along with hot air, while wet materials that don't meet the drying effect can't move quickly due to its weight, so wet material can get adequate drying to reach drying effect thus achieving to complete the drying process.
