It is necessary to maintain and overhaul regularly for coal vibration feeder so as to extend its lifespan, also it can ensure the normal operation. Users should pay much attention to safety technology of coal vibrating feeder.

1 The coal vibrating feeder is used for dosing, quantitative feeding to ensure uniform and stable feeding and to prevent material flow automatically, the coal vibrating feeder should be horizontal installed. For general material continuously feeding, it can be installed down-dip 10 gradient. For viscous material or material with larger water content, the coal vibrating feeder can be installed down-dip 15 gradient.

2 After installation, it should leave with 20 mm of interval for vibrating feeder, the suspension device adopts flexible connection.

3 Before test run, all bolts should be tightened up. Especially the anchor bolt of vibration motor, it shall be retightened after continuously operation for 3 to 5 hours.

4 The two vibrating motors must rotate in reverse during test run. If there is any abnormal phenomenon, please stop immediately and take corresponding measure as soon as possible.

5 During operating, it should be regularly checked that the amplitude and current of vibration motor and surface temperature of motor should.

6 The lubrication of vibration motor bearing is the key point for the normal operation of the whole feeding machine. Normally fill the grease every two months, and fill once a month during the high temperature season. The motor should be repaired every six months to change the internal bearing.
