It is more popular that wet ball mill in the market, and it uses rolling bearings instead of sliding bearings, which friction is greatly reduced, easy to start, energy-saving significantly; the cone-side design to increase the volume and repeated grinding. Wet ball mill is used annular groove liner, and increasing the ball and mine contact surface, strengthening the grinding effect, and enhancing the ore, reducing energy consumption, which using the overall rack, easy to equipment installation.

From the point of investment in production costs view, wet ball mill is a better choice, because its current technology is also more mature, whose the market share of more than 75%. To the price of ball mill, the price of wet ball mill is much cheaper than dry ball mill’s, and low cost is the main reason that customers choose wet ball mill.

From the point of energy saving and environmental protection, the amount of auxiliary device of wet ball mill is less than dry ball mill’s. It occupies a huge space that single air duct system of dry ball mill, the venue layout is more stringent, the dust can produce air pollution. At the same time, for the continuous operation of the dry ball mill, due to the impact of ore moisture in the ore and liner surface to form a thin layer of material, and thus the energy consumption per ton of ore is more 25% ~ 30 % than wet ball mill.
