The specific installation method of TD-type belt elevator between lifting belt and the hopper is as follows:

1.    Install the hopper, lifting belt, spring washer, and nut, and so on together on the ground, and tighten the nut.

2.    Hoist lifting belt from the assembly section to the drive drum, down after the drum, the tail will be connected to the connector.

3.    Open the shell on the head, and then tight handle once again, under the circumstances of without damaging to the nut, should be to increase the tightening torque.

4.    TD-type belt elevator should be connected in the head and then install the hopper, but not continuous installing, because the turning gear will be more and more difficult. Install the bucket alternately, to make the number of up and down hopper bucket close to the same as far as possible. Tighten the hopper nut.
