The production process of cement grinding station mainly includes the raw material dosing, clinker grinding system, cement grinding system, bag packing system etc. Cement Grinding Station takes cement ball mill, vertical cement mill, belt conveyor, jaw crusher, impact crusher, bag filter, bucket elevator as the main equipment for the whole plant, which is very important for the infrastructure of a country. Cement grinding system is adopted one set of ball mill with O-sepa separator grinding system for this project, cement will be sent to cement silo for storage via air slide and elevator after grinding. We mainly devide the whole grinding station as the following steps.
1. Raw Material Dosing
There are 3 hoppers for clinker, gypsum and slag. In the clinker grinding system, the clinker, gypsum and slag are weighing by 3 belt weighers under the 3 hoppers. After dosing, the material will be transferred to clinker grinding mill by belt conveyor.
A silo will be used for clinker storage; while it will also set up a concrete silo nearby clinker silo, which employed for storage of gypsum and additive.
Material will be discharged at the certain rate from silo bottom by vibration feeder in terms of clinker, gypsum and additive, and then sent to cement grinding system via belt conveyor situated under silo bottom.
Gypsum transported into plant by truck, it will be sent to discharging hopper directly when corresponding hopper is available, then conveyed to cement proportioning silo accordingly via apron feeder, crusher and belt conveyor; on the contrary, material will be shipped to stack shed when hopper is full. Once hopper is ready, material will be taken to hopper by loader, after that it will be sent to cement proportioning silo via apron feeder, crusher and belt conveyor.
Additive transported into plant by truck, it will be sent to discharging hopper directly when corresponding hopper is available, then conveyed to cement proportioning silo accordingly via belt conveyor; on the contrary, material will be shipped to stack shed when hopper is full. Once hopper is ready, material will be taken to hopper by loader, after that it will be sent to cement proportioning silo via belt conveyor.
2. Clinker Grinding System
After dosing, clinker and other material will be fed to the clinker grinding ball mill. After grinding, the powder will be fed into O-Sepa powder classifier by bucket elevator. Fineness product will be collected by bag filter and then be conveyed into cement silo. Coarse powder will return to clinker ball mill by air slide for regrinding.
3. Cement Storage System
Three cement silos will be used for cement storage. There is homogenizing system inside the silo. After homogenizing the cement will be fed into the bag packing system via silo bottom pneumatic discharging devices.
4. Bag Packing System
Cement packing system is made up a rotary packer, and cement can go into any one of packing system through air slide and elevator. The packed cement will be loaded onto truck by automatic truck loading machine.
Cement will be sent to a vibration screen, then into an equalizing pressure bin, and then fed to an 8-spout packing machine to fill 42.5 kg plastic lined paper bags. The packing capacity is 100t/h for each bagging machine.
For the 42.5 kg bags can be transported directly on to trucks by belt conveyer or be transferred to the warehouse. Packing machines have dust collector to comply with the local air emissions regulations.
