The main raw materials of this project are clay raw materials, thermal analysis residues and water-based mud cakes with a water content of 30% to 40%. The shovel operator uses a shovel to load the three raw materials into the non-standard receiving hopper on the top of the box feeder. The materials fall into the quantitative feeder set below through the box feeder, and then fall into the belt conveyor below, and are transported to the stone remover. The stone-removed waste falls into a trolley and can be cleaned regularly.
The additive powder is loaded through the powder receiving hopper, conveyed to the bucket elevator through the screw feeder, and lifted into the additive powder bin. A spiral gate is set at the outlet of the powder bin, and a spiral metering scale is set below. The additive powder and the stone-removed material fall onto the belt conveyor together, which is transported to the first-level double-shaft mixer, and then falls onto the belt conveyor, and then transported to the second-level double-shaft mixer. The evenly mixed material falls into the mobile belt conveyor and is transported to the aging yard. This section is equipped with a single-machine dust collector. The dust ash falls into the spiral feeder through the ash outlet and re-enters the batching, which can improve the on-site operating environment.
The mixed material is stored in the aging yard for about 7 to 15 days, and the specific time is adjusted according to production needs.
