Raw material preparation:
75μm zircon sand raw materials are first unloaded into the raw material bin through ton bags, and then sent to the ceramic ball mill by a screw conveyor.
The ceramic ball mill finely grinds the zircon sand to reduce its particle size to below 45μm. This link is the key to the entire production line and directly determines the quality of the final product.
The ground material is sent to the powder selector through a bucket elevator for fine particle size classification. Fine powder less than 45μm is collected in the fine powder buffer bin, while coarse powder greater than 45μm is returned to the ball mill through a screw conveyor for re-grinding to ensure that all materials reach the specified particle size.
Fine powder is transported to the finished product bin by high-speed air through the cooperation of a pneumatic screw conveying pump and a Roots blower, achieving effective and clean material transfer.

Dust removal and environmental protection:
To ensure the cleanliness of the working environment and the health of operators, dust removal points are set up at key locations of the production line, such as the top of the raw material warehouse and the outlet of the ball mill. The gas after dust removal is discharged out of the factory by the induced draft fan. At the same time, a top dust collector is installed on the top of the finished product warehouse to ensure pressure balance in the warehouse and reduce dust.

Equipment anti-corrosion:
Considering the sensitivity of zircon sand to iron, the equipment in direct contact with the material in the production line is treated with stainless steel or ceramic patches, which effectively controls the iron content and ensures the purity of the zircon sand.
