Rotary kiln is the nemesis of hazardous waste, with the development of society and modern industry. Therefore, it is both an opportunity and a challenge that the use of rotary kiln for hazardous waste treatment for rotary kiln manufacturers.

At the same time our country towards industrialization and urbanization, the material consumption of the community has increased dramatically, followed by the generation a large number of waste. Rotary kilns are used to special hand of some of the waste from industrial or medical systems due to their extreme environmental destructiveness and the great threat to human and animal health.

The use of rotary kiln for incineration, because of its dealing with hazardous waste at the same time to achieve reduction, harmless and reclamation, is considered the most effective way to deal with hazardous waste. With the increase of hazardous waste and the increase of treatment scale, we began to explore and practice the disposal of industrial wastes by using rotary kiln with greater processing capacity.

However, there are still some gaps, the technical problems of the use of rotary kiln for waste disposal, and the current domestic level of hazardous waste using rotary kiln compared with foreign countries. In foreign countries, the use of rotary kiln incineration of hazardous waste is generally doing pretreatment in a professional hazardous waste treatment plant, as appropriate into the rotary kiln burning waste incineration by the rotary kiln disposal. China's hazardous waste management has just started, and there is no professional hazardous waste pretreatment plants, which hazardous waste collected from the waste units directly into the cement plant. It is the problem that the safe transportation and classification storage of hazardous waste, must be solved by cement production enterprises.
