General Technical Idea:
This technical proposal’s basic technical process includes: Crushing process – Grinding & Classifying process – Pb Roughing, Scavenging and cleaning (final products: Pb concentrate) – Zn roughing, scavengiing and cleaning (final products: Zn concentrate)----concentrate thickening and filtering.
1.Crushing and Screening Process ( final products size: -20mm)
The raw ore from mine site is discharged by loader into raw ore feed bin. Under the bin, there is vibrating feeder to send the raw ore to Jaw crusher for primary crushing. The crushed ore is sent by No. 1 belt conveyor to the first jaw fine crusher for secondary crushing. The secondary crushed ore is sent by No. 2 belt conveyor to the vibrating screener for pre-screening purpose. After screening, 0-20mm ore is sent by No. 3 belt conveyor to fine ore storage bin. +20mm ore is sent by No. 4 belt conveyor to the second jaw fine crusher for fine crushing. The fine crushed ore is sending to fine ore storage bin via No. 3 belt conveyor together the 0-15mm fine ore from the screener for storage.
2.Grinding Process (final fineness: 70-75% -200mesh)
The fine ore in storage bin is evenly and quantitatively sent to Ball mill by electrical vibrating feeder via belt conveyor. The ball mill is forming a closed grinding circuit with spiral classifier. The overflow size from the spiral classifier is sent to the slurry agitation tank and mix with flotation reagent, and then enter into flotation process.
3.Pb Flotation Process (1 roughing + 2 scavenging + 3 cleaning)
The overflow from the spiral classifier, is automatically flowing into the slurry agitation tank and mixing with flotation reagent, and then enter into Pb one-stage roughing process. The underflow from the roughing process is entering into 2 stages of Pb scavenging process, the overflow from the roughing process is entering into 3 stages of cleaning process. The overflow from the first scavenging process is entering into the secondary scavenging process, and the underflow from the first scavenging process is returning back the roughing process. The overflow from the secondary scavenging process is returning back to the first scavenging process, and the underflow from the secondary scavenging process is entering into Zn flotation process. The overflow from the roughing process is entering into 3 stages of Pb cleaning process. The overflow from the first cleaning process is entering into the secondary cleaning process, and the underflow from the first cleaning process is returning back the roughing process. The overflow from the secondary cleaning process is entering into the third cleaning process, and the underflow from the secondary cleaning process is returning back the first cleaning process. The underflow from the third cleaning process is returning back the secondary cleaning process, and the overflow from the third cleaning process is the final Pb concentrate slurry.
4.Zn Flotation Process (1 roughing + 2 scavenging + 3 cleaning)
The final underflow from the Pb scavenging process is firstly entering into slurry agitation tank and mixing with flotation reagent, and then entering into 1 stage of Zn roughing process. The underflow from the roughing process is entering into 2 stages of Zn scavenging process, and the overflow from the roughing process is entering into 3 stages of cleaning process. The overflow from the first scavenging process is entering into the secondary scavenging process, and the underflow from the first scavenging process is returning back the roughing process. The overflow from the secondary scavenging process is returning back to the first scavenging process, and the underflow from the secondary scavenging process is entering into Zn flotation process. The overflow from the roughing process is entering into 3 stages of Zn cleaning process. The overflow from the first cleaning process is entering into the secondary cleaning process, and the underflow from the first cleaning process is returning back the roughing process. The overflow from the secondary cleaning process is entering into the third cleaning process, and the underflow from the secondary cleaning process is returning back the first cleaning process. The underflow from the third cleaning process is he final tail, and the overflow from the third cleaning process is the final Zn concentrate slurry .
5.Final Pb and Zn Concentrate Dewatering process (final water content: less than 10-12%)
The final Pb concentrate is feeding into thickener for primary dewatering purpose. The underflow from the thickener is feeding to ceramic filter machine for secondary dewatering purpose. Thus get final dry Pb Concentrate.
The final Zn concentrate is feeding into thickener for primary dewatering purpose. The underflow from the thickener is feeding to ceramic filter machine for secondary dewatering purpose. Thus get final dry Zn Concentrate.
The overflow from the thickener and filter machine is jointly sending to water recycling process.
6.Final tail dewatering process (omit)
