Equipment working principle:

The drum device is installed obliquely on the frame. During the operation of the drum screen, the reducer of the transmission device drives the main shaft of the drum device through a coupling, thereby causing the drum to rotate. The screen mesh is tensioned on the outer ring surface of the drum; The material to be screened enters the drum through the feeding port, and as the drum rotates, it continuously moves towards the tail of the drum. The smaller particle size material is discharged through the sieve hole, while the larger particle size material reaches the lower end through the sieve surface and enters the next process through the corresponding discharge port.

② The motor and reducer are driven by a triangular V-belt, which has a simple structure, convenient use and maintenance, smooth transmission, low noise, and overload protection.

③ The box is welded together by profiles and steel plates, with good strength and easy installation. And it is equipped with a fully sealed cover, which can effectively prevent dust leakage. Each sealing cover is equipped with an inspection door for easy observation and maintenance.
