2.Project Description:
The raw material for this project is sunflower shell ash generated by burning boilers, which needs to be granulated with a production capacity of 1t/h. Based on the material characteristics provided by the customer, our technical personnel have decided to use the DG series roller extrusion granulator according to the customer's requirements and after consultation with the customer. This twin roll extrusion granulator is a new type of equipment developed by ZK Corp based on years of production experience and the existing twin roll extrusion granulator. Suitable for granulation and processing of powdered materials in fertilizer processing, feed production units, and chemical industries.
At present, the equipment has been successfully operated on the owner's site, with a production capacity of 1.5t/h, which can well meet the owner's production needs.

4. Structural composition
The DG-1 roller extrusion granulator is assembled from a frame, transmission connection part, machine head part, crushing studio, etc. The structural characteristics of each part are as follows:
1. Rack section: All workpieces of the machine are installed on the rack.
2. The transmission connection parts include: electric motor, pulley, V-belt, reducer, chain, sprocket, and coupling.
3. Head part: composed of bearing frame, a pair of high-pressure mold roller skins, two shafts, etc.
4. Crushing studio: composed of crushing roller bearing frame, crushing roller, screening mesh, etc.
5.Feature
The structure of this machine adopts the characteristics of granulation, forming, and screening as a whole, simple operation, and low energy consumption. The main components, such as the roller body, are refined from a new type of metal with anti-corrosion, wear-resistant, and impact resistant characteristics. The raw materials have wide adaptability and can be used not only for granulation in fertilizer, feed, and chemical industries, but also for rare earth, coal, biological agents, metallurgy, and environmental protection engineering.
