Project Introduction
Columbia Suber is one serving company of water treatment industry in local origin. The customer desires one conveyor, to convey the wet pulp sludge from the process of processing recycled paper. The purpose is conveying the sludge into 45m distance and 5m height place.
Project Description：
· After confirm with the customer, the conveying material of the customer is wet pulp sludge from processing the recycled paper, after pressing and filtering process, the water content becomes 3%, the size of sludge is 1-3mm. The client desires to convey the wet sludge to the 45m distance and 5m height place, and the desired capacity is 5ton per hour, meantime the client send the working video to us for reference. After discussing with our technical engineer, we select the B500*45m belt conveyor, according to the customer's request, the width of rubber belt is 500 mm, length is 45m, Q235B, and conveying speed is 0.8-2.5r/min,to satisfy the client’s capacity. Meantime provide belt conveyor drawings for customer reference. The customer revises and finally confirms our drawings.
