2. Project Description
xxx Environmental Resources Co., Ltd. is an environmental resources disposal company headquartered in France, with offices and factories in many countries around the world. The solid waste rotary kiln in its Taiwan factory needs to replace the bearing set of the carry roller. After many technical exchanges and proposal modifications between our mechanical engineers and technicians of the other side, the customer purchased the parts from our company, and initially reached a long-term cooperation intention.
3. Technical Parameters
(1) The carry roller’s material conforms to the provisions of ZG340-640 in JC/T401.2-2011; The casting shall be normalized and tempered, and the outer surface hardness shall not be less than 190HB after processing;
(2) The outer surface hardness of the carry roller should be more than 20HB higher than the outer surface hardness of the tyre.
(3) Ultrasonic inspection shall be carried out after rough machining of the carry roller, and shall meet the provisions of Grade 3 in GB7233.
(4) The shaft of carry roller’s material conforms to the provisions of JB/T6397-2006 concerning No. 45 forged steel; The hardness after tempering is not less than 210HB; Ultrasonic inspection shall be carried out after rough machining, and shall meet the provisions of Grade 3 in GB/T6402.
(5) The carry roller’s bearing adopts Wafangdian rolling bearing, which is a combination structure of self-aligning roller bearing and thrust self-aligning roller bearing.
