Innocent treatment of sludge should follow the concept of the safe, energy-saving, high-quality. The sludge ceramsite production is one of ZK main production line. And energy-saving rotary kiln is the important equipment in innocent treatment of sludge. The following ZK will talk about of it from three aspects:

First, security, environmental safety technology. Including two aspects: sludge deodorization technology and flue gas treatment technology. Using deodorant sealing process to prevent stench overflowing. Flue gas treatment technology is consist of flue gas dust removal technology, flue gas deodorization technology, and flue gas desulfurization technology.

Second, energy-saving production technology. According to the heat evaluation, improving the technology and equipment, adopting advanced monitoring equipment, enhancing the level of operation, reducing the main factors of ceramic production heat consumption. Further research and development of multi-channel burner combustion technology to improve the primary air temperature technology, rotary kiln drying heat exchange technology, waste heat utilization technology.

Third, the production process technology. Including raw material pretreatment technology, raw material homogenization technology, fine ingredient and automatic control technology, firing automatic monitoring technology, finished processing equipment, kiln granulation technology.

The use of sludge produces ceramsite is a viable technical line, and turning waste into treasure, can be resource-based, harmless disposal.

ZK is using the "low temperature drying plus high temperature roasting" plug-in rotary kiln to production of ceramsite, which sludge and silicate-based solid waste mixed granulation, low-temperature drying in 200--400 degrees centigrade of the drying kiln, and then into the 1100 degrees centigrade of roasting kiln for baking. This method can greatly improve the ceramsite yield, and drying and baking temperature to avoid the dioxin production area. Organic matter of sludge is all combusting in the roasting process of, silicon aluminum solid waste at high temperature melting and reorganization, heavy metal elements are solidified into the lattice, and ultimately the formation of resource-based products - ceramsite.
