Vietnam electromagnetic vibrating feeder project

In May 2017, a quarry in Vietnam ordered two basic vibration feeders GZ5 and GZ8 electromagnetic vibration feeders from Henan Zhengzhou Mining Machinery Co., Ltd. for limestone production and feeding. On June 26, 2017, the equipment was manufactured as required, and then loaded and shipped after the on-site test run normally.

1. Project overview:

Continuous and stable feeding of limestone into the crusher after blasting is the key to ensuring the normal and stable operation of the equipment, and an important measure to avoid overload and failure of the crusher. In May 2017, a quarry in Vietnam needed to feed limestone into the crusher. Two sets of vibrating feeders were selected for each of the two existing crushers with different capacities. The equipment supplier was Henan Zhengzhou Mining Machinery Co., Ltd. The two parties signed a purchase contract on May 27, 2017, and the equipment was commissioned and shipped on June 26, 2017.

 

2. Solution:

The electromagnetic vibrating feeder supplied this time is a basic type, the specifications and models are GZ5 and GZ8, and the following solutions are mainly adopted to solve customer needs:

1. According to the customer's limestone particle size range, recommend the type of equipment for the customer, combine the upstream and downstream production processes, and rationally arrange the process.

2. The control equipment of this series of electric vibration machines adopts SCR half-wave rectification circuit, so in the process of use, the feeding amount can be easily and steplessly adjusted by adjusting the opening angle of the SCR, and the centralized control and automatic control of production process can be achieved.

3. The material flow can be changed and opened and closed instantaneously, and the feeding accuracy is high.

4. Because the electromagnetic vibrating feeder uses the resonance principle of mechanical dynamics, the double mass body works in a low critical near resonance state, so it consumes less power.

5. The material in the feeding trough is continuously thrown up during the feeding process, and jumps forward according to the parabolic trajectory, so the abrasion of the feeding trough is small.
